Information we collect
Through this website. If you submit an enquiry or booking form we collect the name, phone number, email address, treatment of interest and any message you choose to provide. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held on WhatsApp and governed by their terms as well as ours.
At the clinic. As a medical practice we record clinical information: medical history, current medications, allergies, examination findings, photographs taken for clinical comparison, treatment records and consent forms.
Automatically. Standard analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location at city level, device type and referring source. We do not attach health information to analytics.
How we use it

Clinical photographs
Photographs taken for clinical comparison stay in your record. They are never published, shared on social media or shown to other patients unless you have given separate, specific written consent for that use. You can withdraw that consent at any time and we will remove the images from published material.
Who we share with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary: with a laboratory if blood work is arranged, with a referral doctor if onward care is needed and you agree, with our email or hosting provider strictly to operate the service, or where the law requires it.
Retention
Clinical records are retained for the period required for medical records in Pakistan. Website enquiry data that does not become a clinical record is kept while it is needed to answer you, and then deleted.
Your choices
You may ask to see what we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask us to stop sending marketing messages, or ask for consent to publish photographs to be withdrawn. Contact us on the numbers above.

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for analytics that measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work. Where an advertising pixel is in use it is listed here once active.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Clinical records are kept with restricted access. No system is completely secure, so we ask that you do not send detailed medical information through social media messages.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information online from anyone under 18. Patients under 18 are seen with a parent or guardian present.
