A skin clinic that assesses before it treats

Why this clinic exists

Most patients who walk through our door have already tried something. A course of laser at a setting that was wrong for their skin tone. A peel their skin was not ready for. A product routine copied from a video made by someone with completely different skin. Often they have spent real money and are more discouraged than when they started.

That pattern is what this clinic was set up to break. Before any device is switched on, there is a consultation, a documented medical history and a skin assessment. Sometimes the outcome of that assessment is that a procedure is not the right answer at all — that the skin needs a prescription and three months of patience first. We would rather say that on day one than sell six sessions that will not work.

How we practise

Assessment first, always

Skin type, sensitivity, the pattern and depth of pigmentation, the difference between an acne mark and an acne scar — these change the treatment entirely. Two patients with what looks like the same problem often need different plans. We photograph under standardised conditions at the first visit so that progress can be compared honestly later.

Settings matched to your skin

Melanin-rich skin behaves differently under laser and chemical peels. It carries a higher risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which means an aggressive setting can leave a patient worse off than before. We treat conservatively, patch test where indicated, and build up rather than starting at maximum energy.

Hygiene and sterility

• Instruments autoclaved between patients, with cycle records kept
• Single-use needles, cannulas and microneedling cartridges — never reused
• Treatment surfaces and beds disinfected between every appointment
• Sharps disposed of through proper clinical waste channels
• Injectables stored at controlled temperature and drawn immediately before use

Honest expectations

You will be told what a treatment can realistically achieve, how many sessions it is likely to take, what it will feel like, and what the side effects are. Words like permanent, guaranteed and painless do not appear in our consultations, because they are rarely true. What we can promise is that the plan you are given is the plan we believe in.

What we treat

Skin concerns including acne, acne scarring, pigmentation, melasma, dullness and texture. Hair concerns including thinning, shedding and pattern hair loss. Unwanted hair through laser reduction. And ageing concerns — expression lines, volume loss and early skin laxity — managed conservatively with injectables and energy-based devices.

Where we are

The clinic is near Gymkhana in Vehari, and we regularly see patients travelling in from Burewala, Mailsi, Luddan, Gaggo Mandi and the surrounding areas. We work by appointment so that nobody is rushed — walk-ins can usually be fitted in the same week, but not the same hour.
